Sedona bound

I'm off for a car trip to Sedona, AZ for the next several days. I've never been there before, and I haven't taken a long car trip in decades, so this should be fun. Blogging may be a little light as a result. I'll post some pictures for sure.

you should take some time to stay in downtown Flagstaff. I just spent 4 days there in the Monte Vista Hotel. It is redone from the 20's. Nice rooms, not fancy, but charming. The great little coffee shop in the lobby turns into a martini bar at night with great music each evening by solo guitarist/singers. There a few very good restaurants within a block or two. It is a nice overnight if you are going to the Grand Canyon. Stay downtown, though, because is is totally preserved and without national chain.

Have breakfast at the Coffeepot restaurant. Take a pink jeep ride. Visit the Chapel of The Holy Cross. View a sunset from the overlook near the airport.

thanks for the suggestions. we're having a great time so far. Very hot, though. Today was 96ยบ. Unfortunately the place we're staying doesn't have internet service. Right now I'm sitting outside the one place in the neighborhood that has a free WiFi signal.

Scott,

Sedona is a psychic vortex region. Perhaps you can get a leg up on future market activity and share it here. :))))

It is a truely beautiful area. I went through there back in 1968 while in the Air Force stationed at Luke AFB Phoenix. Have always wanted to go back. Enjoy.

We ended up visiting three of the Vortex sites, but unfortunately I did not receive any tradeable inspirations. The memories and the photos will have to suffice.
