I favor a Constitutional amendment limiting federal outlays to no more than 18 percent of GDP (save for declared wars) and that each state get back roughly what it sent to DC in taxes.
Tax Parity and States Rights.
The only people against my amendment are Republicans and Democrats.
I also agree and second the nomination of Glenn Reynolds.
